Better relationships. Better conversations. A healthier understanding of sexuality.
Individual relationship and sexuality coaching for men, practical relationship and intimacy sessions for couples, and workshops addressing the questions men are often expected to figure out alone.
Jordan provides a calm, direct and non-judgemental space to understand what is happening, identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical ways forward.
Support for men.
You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for help.
Many men have never had a meaningful conversation about relationships, intimacy or sexuality.
They may have received plenty of messages about how they are supposed to perform, behave or keep their problems to themselves, but very little practical education about how to build healthy relationships.
Individual sessions provide space to explore what is happening without embarrassment, judgement or unnecessary clinical language.
Jordan works with men who want to better understand their relationships, sexuality, choices and recurring patterns.
This may include:
-
Difficulty communicating with a partner
-
Dating and relationship uncertainty
-
Sexual confidence
-
Anxiety about sexual performance
-
Pornography concerns
-
Differences between pornography and partnered sex
-
Desire and arousal
-
Rejection and breakups
-
Emotional disconnection
-
Repeating unhealthy relationship patterns
-
Navigating masculinity and expectations
-
Understanding boundaries and consent
-
Building healthier sexual and relationship habits
-
Preparing for difficult conversations
-
Rebuilding confidence after a relationship ends
-

-
Exploring, entering or exiting consensual non-monogamy

Couples sessions.
Intimacy problems are rarely just about sex.
Differences in desire, communication difficulties, resentment, stress, parenting, health concerns and unresolved conflict can all affect intimacy.
Couples can quickly become stuck in patterns where one person feels rejected, the other feels pressured and both feel misunderstood.
Jordan helps couples slow these patterns down, understand what is happening and develop more useful ways to communicate.
Sessions may support couples with:
-
Differences in sexual desire
-
Loss of intimacy or connection
-
Sexual communication
-
Difficulty discussing wants, needs and boundaries
-
Mismatched expectations
-
Rejection and feelings of pressure
-
Changes in sex after children
-
Rebuilding emotional and physical connection
-
Pornography concerns
-
Exploring new sexual interests together
-
Conflict around sex or intimacy
-
Understanding each other’s experience
-
Moving from blame towards shared responsibility
The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong.
It is to help each partner feel heard, understand the relationship dynamic and take responsibility for building something healthier together.

What to expect.
Practical support without the awkward performance.
Jordan’s approach is conversational, educational and focused on practical change.

Sessions may include:
-
Exploring the presenting concern
-
Understanding relevant relationship or sexual history
-
Identifying beliefs and behavioural patterns
-
Clarifying expectations and values

Referring to another health professional when specialist support is needed

Scope of service.
Coaching and education, delivered responsibly.
Jordan’s individual and couples services are sexology, relationship education and coaching-based.
They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, crisis intervention or specialist family and domestic violence services.
Jordan does not diagnose mental health or medical conditions.
Where a concern falls outside his professional scope, or where another practitioner is better placed to help, an appropriate referral will be recommended.
You do not need to wait until a relationship is falling apart or a sexual concern has become overwhelming.
Early conversations often make the path forward much clearer.
